Sistem Inklinometer Horizontal Digital mengukur penurunan atau heave di bawah tanggul, bendungan, jalan raya, tangki penyimpanan, dan tempat pembuangan akhir.

Pada dasarnya merupakan versi horizontal dari Sistem Inklinometer Digital RST (brosur terpisah), survei profil penurunan dilakukan dengan menjalankan probe dalam casing inklinometer yang dipasang secara horizontal, bukan vertikal. Komunikasi nirkabel antara kabel kontrol inklinometer dan Perangkat Genggam Tangguh memastikan kemudahan penggunaan dan keandalan.
