Description

SAAV Extend adalah sistem ShapeArray™ modular yang dapat diskalakan sesuai dengan lingkup proyek Anda. SAAV Extend mencakup rakitan atas yang terhubung ke rakitan dasar yang menciptakan profil deformasi berkelanjutan dari lubang bor. Ketika bendungan tailing akan ditinggikan, segmen Ekstensi Angkat SAAV Extend dapat ditambahkan di antara rakitan atas dan dasar untuk menambah panjang total sensorisasi. Konektor SAAV Extend dikunci untuk memastikan azimuth tetap terjaga saat segmen Ekstensi Angkat ditambahkan di lapangan.

SAAV Extend dirancang untuk lapangan. Konektor tanpa alat kami memastikan SAAV Extend menghasilkan data jangka panjang yang berkelanjutan dan andal, bahkan saat terendam di lingkungan yang tergenang air.

SAAV Extend dapat dipasang ke dalam casing yang sudah ada, bahkan yang terlalu terdistorsi untuk penggunaan konvensional, sehingga menghilangkan kebutuhan untuk mengebor lubang bor baru saat beralih dari pemantauan manual ke otomatis. Metode pemasangan siklus SAAV yang telah dipatenkan memungkinkan SAAV untuk langsung dimasukkan ke dalam berbagai ukuran dan lebar casing, termasuk casing inklinometer beralur standar dan tipe casing halus, tanpa perlu perakitan di lapangan. Perangkat lunak Measurand melacak sumbu medial di tengah casing dalam 3D untuk menghasilkan plot inklinometer tradisional.

  1. Measurand recommends SAAV model ShapeArray for installations that require 27 mm ID casing. SAAV Extend can be installed into 70 mm or 85 mm inclinometer casing.
  2. One-sigma value, based on a six-month cyclical installation. Accuracy value is a function of the square root of length.
  3. Value based on AIA (Average in Array) setting of 1000 samples.
  4. Specification is for 3D mode within ± 20° of vertical. Vertical accuracy degrades with angular deviation from the vertical.
  5. Sample size for segment precision is 540,000 readings. Data was collected for 3 different positions within +/- 10° of the X, Y, and Z axes. Figures provided fall within 99.7% confidence interval (3-sigma value).
  6. 24 h stability is the maximum change in the sensor readings in a 24 h period for an instrument installed in repeatability conditions. Sample size is 7,200 samples for each 24 h period reviewed.
